Ingredients: 4-6 Pork Ribs 6-8 cloves of garlic, crushed 2-3 TBSP of fresh chopped rosemary, oregano 1-2 tsp of brown sugar, honey 3/4 cup of soy sauce 1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup of sweet onion, diced 1/2 cup of celery, sliced 1/2 cup of fresh carrot, shredded 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup of dried thyme 1/4 cup of freshly ground black pepper 1/2 cup of water Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic container and shake. 2. Let the ribs soak in the marinade for at least 3 hours. 3. Put the ribs in a roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees F. for about 2-3 hours. Note: You can also slow cook them in the oven for 4-6 hours at about 300 degrees F. instead. It may be necessary to remove the ribs and turn the oven up a little before the second hour
