do not wrap instant pot

One of the best things about the Instant Pot is that you don’t need to do anything to it before cooking. You simply place the frozen chicken thighs in the pot, and choose the cooking time. To help it cook evenly, you should put the chicken thighs on the bottom rack. Depending on the size of your chicken thighs, you can set the time on the high or low setting. The chicken thighs take about 20 minutes to cook on the high setting, and about 30 minutes on the low setting. When they are done, simply press the saute function and let the chicken thighs cool down before slicing them.

chicken quality

The most important aspect of chicken to consider when buying chicken is the chicken quality. For this reason, it’s important to buy fresh chicken. A USDA label will help you ensure that the chicken you buy is fresh. It will show that the chicken has been produced on farms that follow a strict set of rules and guidelines to ensure that the chickens are well-fed and have a healthy life. In addition, chicken quality can be a good indicator of how fresh your chicken is. The chicken will be fresh if you can feel the muscle structure beneath the skin. Raw chicken should be smooth and firm. You can check this by gently sliding your hand between the skin and the meat. If the skin slides back easily, this is a sign of freshness.
