Boneless Chicken

Boneless chicken is a convenient alternative to its bone-in counterpart. Boneless chicken is made by removing the bones from chicken and then removing the skin. Turn the heat to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for another 30 minutes. The chicken should be done after this time. Remove the pan from the oven, and let the chicken rest for 10 minutes.

And of course, boneless chicken is often times very lean, so you’ll want to make sure to marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight. I’d recommend roasting the chicken. This allows you to cook the chicken to the proper temperature while getting a nice crust on the outside. Then you can finish cooking it in the oven. If you prefer to boil the chicken, you can boil it for 30-40 minutes. The cooking time is generally longer when boiling boneless chicken than when roasting it.
