How To Cook a Whole Chicken
There are many ways to cook a whole chicken. Cooking a whole chicken is a good way to reduce the fat, calories, and cholesterol. First, you’ll need to place your chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. When you do this, make sure the bag is closed, and all of the air has been squeezed out of the bag. This will help to keep the chicken moist. Next, you’ll need to wash the chicken with water. To do this, cut the chicken in half and place it in a large bowl or sink. Fill the bowl or sink with cold water. Next, take the chicken and place it in the water. Allow the chicken to sit for 10 minutes to wash away the blood. Then, place the chicken back in the resealable bag. Next, take your whole chicken and remove the backbone. This is the bone that runs through the middle of the chicken. If you like, you can cut the backbone off, or leave it in. But, it’s not necessary.
How long should I cook my chicken?

You can cook your chicken before you freeze it, but freezing your chicken cuts the cooking time considerably. You can also cut up your chicken into pieces that are easier to cook quickly.
