2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Directions: Pat dry salmon with paper towels. Mix together salt, pepper and oil in small bowl. Rub mixture all over salmon. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Place salmon skin side down on medium hot grill. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on size of fish. Remove from heat and let stand for about 5 minutes. Then, serve.

Average Cook Time: I’m assuming you mean the fillet? Cooking times vary depending on the thickness of the fillet. Most cook about 15 to 20 minutes, but the USDA recommends 10 to 15 minutes. So, if you use a meat thermometer, or you eyeball it, you can do the math yourself. However, if you use the Timer on your microwave, follow the recipe’s instruction, and use a meat thermometer or the Timer to check it, you’ll get much the same result.
