So why wait for a restaurant when you can get crispy, oven-baked chicken in the comfort of your own home?

Best way to bake thin sliced chicken breast?
To help figure out what best way to bake chicken breast slices, we’ll take a look at the following: the type of chicken breast, cooking temperature, time to bake, and how to turn them. When cooking chicken breasts, the goal is to cook the meat until cooked through and at the right level of doneness. Generally, the internal temperature of the chicken breast should be 165 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit. It is important to be aware of the difference between the internal and the external temperature of the meat. The internal temperature is typically used to cook the meat, while the external temperature is to know when the meat is done. Internal temperature is measured with a thermometer, while the external temperature is measured by touch. The oven should be preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and the chicken breast should be placed in the center of the oven with a roasting rack on top. This way, the center of the breast is exposed to a higher temperature than the edges. To bake, lower the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The cooking time will depend on the weight and thickness of the chicken breast. To check the internal temperature, insert a thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. Leave the thermometer in the meat for two minutes and then remove it and take the temperature.
