With the quick rise in popularity of chicken wings, it’s not uncommon to see the wings on sale in the grocery store. Frozen wings are convenient and save us the trouble of having to prepare them for cooking right away. For those of us who like to eat our wings right away, this may not be a problem, but for those of us who like to prep the wings in advance and then pop them in the oven later, things become a little more tricky.

How long to bake wings?

Im pretty sure its a myth that you have to bake wings for 6hrs at 400 or 425 to get the perfect temp. But for some reason ive never seen this claim. It may be true. But I didnt want to try and test it and give you guys a bad deal. So here we go.
There are two ways to bake wings. One is hot air and the other is by baking in a deep fryer. You can do either of those methods in less than an hour.

Ingredients

To make a frozen wings meal, you will need:
[list] [*] 1 cup of Dijon mustard
[*] 1/3 cup of onion
[*] 1/3 cup of brown sugar
[*] 1/4 cup of white vinegar
[*] 2 cups of oil
[*] 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
[*] 1 cup of frozen chicken wings
[*] 1 teaspoon of onion powder
[*] Salt and pepper
[*] ¼ cup of chicken broth
[*] 1 teaspoon of ginger
[*] 1 cup of orange juice
[*] Cook the chicken wings, add spices to taste. Spread mustard, add onion, sugar and vinegar and mix well. Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently. Once done, add oil, ginger, orange juice and broth, bring to a boil and pour into a baking dish. Bake at 425°F for about 10 minutes, then turn heat down to 350°F. Bake for about 40 minutes, uncovered, until chicken is fully cooked.
