The best chicken for roasting are usually around 3.5 pounds (1.5kg). That’s a lot of chicken, so make sure you cook it in a large roasting pan that’s big enough for it. How To Cook Peas
For cooking peas, start with raw peas. You will want to soak them for a few hours, then boil them. This is done to make sure they are easy to digest. If you’re going to cook them later, it’s a good idea to blanch them first, then shock them in ice water. You don’t want them to cook. However, if you have some left over, freeze them for later. Peas are easy to digest and are high in protein. It’s also a good source of vitamins and minerals. Here are some common ways to cook peas: Boil: Boil 1 cup of frozen peas with about 2 cups of water in a pan. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper if desired. This is a good way to add flavor to the peas. Steam: Steam about 2 cups of peas with just about 3 cups of water. Cook the peas about 12 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. It’s best to brine for at least 24 hours. Then, you’ll want to pat the turkey dry with paper towels and put it in a roasting pan. Add 1 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the pan and cover the turkey with foil. It’s best to keep the turkey breast down, as it will cook faster and will be firmer. Put the turkey in the oven and cook for five to six hours at 325F, or until the thermometer reads 180F. When the bird is finished, remove the foil and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes. Carefully remove the skin, and carve it off. You’ll want to wait for the meat to cool slightly before slicing it up.
