The first thing that you should know when making chicken Cordon Bleu is that it is a dish that takes a long time to prepare. The preparation of this dish is not something that you should be in a hurry to do. So it’s best to prepare this dish in advance. The dish starts by cooking the chicken breasts with mustard and herbs. Then you put these chicken breasts into a bag with some herbs and garlic, and place this in the freezer.
