From my experiences as a college student, I can say that the pizza roll is one of the worst pizza toppings to air-fry. The thing is, the moment you microwave or pan fry those pizza rolls, your pizza is ruined. The bread will get soggy and end up tasting awful. And if you air-fry your pizza rolls, you will just end up with a nasty golden brown crunch.
Pizzas Do Not Look Like Tuna
The total time to cook the pizzas on the Sous Vide circulator is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. The pizza dough is completely submerged under the water in the circulator for 45 minutes and then transferred to the oven for 3 minutes. This is a traditional pizza dough recipe. The recipe for the breaded pizzas in this post is only about 5 minutes. However, the addition of breadcrumbs, cheese, and other toppings can increase the cooking time to about 30 minutes. It’s important to note that the temperature of the pizza dough should be about 70°F. As a reference, the Sous Vide water circulator can be set to any temperature between 65°F and 120°F. The lowest temperature allows for the fastest cook time while the high temperature can slow down the cook time.

How Long to Cook Tuna?
I do not cook tuna in the microwave or in a conventional oven, so I’ve never tried the air fry method. However, I did come across a recipe for air frying tuna that called for cooking it in 2 cups of water for 25 minutes. I was able to cook 2 tuna rolls in this amount of time, but I’m not sure that 25 minutes is long enough to cook the fish. I’m not really sure what the ideal cooking time is for tuna rolls, so if you’re interested in doing this, I would suggest watching the tuna and making sure it is cooked.
