To prepare, I defrost the frozen tenders in the refrigerator overnight. I then toss them with cornstarch before cooking. The tenders are cooked on a pan with a little bit of butter and salt. The amount of time it takes to cook depends on the size of the tenderloins, but typically between 3-4 minutes per side.
