How To Make A Quick Meatloaf
The key to making a good meatloaf is in the way the meatloaf is formed. If it’s formed well, it shouldn’t fall apart when cooked. Meatloaf is typically made with ground beef, along with a few other ingredients such as onion, breadcrumbs, and eggs. If the meatloaf is made correctly, it should hold together and be soft when cooked. The meatloaf shouldn’t crumble when you bite into it, but it should remain moist throughout. To make a meatloaf, you’ll need: 2lb ground beef, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 slices of bread, and salt and pepper to taste. Place the beef in a bowl. Mix in the eggs and breadcrumbs. Then, add the onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the bread and mix everything together. Next, form the meatloaf. Place the formed meatloaf on a cookie sheet or baking pan. Then, place the meatloaf in the oven at 350° for 40 minutes. This will be enough to cook the meatloaf. Remove the meatloaf from the oven, and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
