How Long to Cook Chicken at 350
In order to get a fully cooked chicken thigh, cook for about 40 minutes at 350. The internal temperature of the thigh should reach 165 degrees. This is an indicator that the meat is done. If you don’t like to use an oven, you can use a slow cooker. Chicken thighs can be cooked in a slow cooker for about 5 hours. To make sure the chicken is fully cooked, take a thermometer and stick it in the middle of the meat. If the thermometer reads 165 degrees, it’s done. Don’t overcook the chicken though.
How Long Should Chicken Thighs Be Baked?
If you are making a roast chicken, try baking them for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350. If you’re making them into chicken breasts or cutlets, try cooking them for 30 minutes at 350. The longer you cook them, the more they will brown. This is especially important for a roast chicken.
