After being frozen, the meat is trimmed, and then the skin is removed, unless you would like to have the skin. Chicken breast is then cut into shapes that are usually sold as individual pieces, or in packages. The chicken breast is then ready for consumption.

This will separate the meat from the breast, and then you will flip the meat over so that it will be on the bottom. Next, slice the breast in half so that it can be cooked as a whole piece.
