In fact, I’ve used leftover chicken broth to make chili, chicken noodle soup, and even a turkey soup! Of course, you can also use leftover broth to cook vegetables. Try cooking vegetables using leftover broth in your favorite recipes! If you don’t have leftover broth, I’d suggest adding chicken broth to your favorite recipes.
