What Temperature Should You Bake Pork Chop?
Baking pork chop is one of the best ways to cook the pork. It makes the pork tender, delicious, and looks appetizing. It’s also a great way to preserve the pork chops. But what temperature should you bake the pork chop at? While a lot of people like to think of a 200°F temperature when they think about baking the pork chops, most of the time, the pork chops should be around 140°F. You can check the temperature of the oven with a thermometer, and the best way to check the temperature is to put the thermometer on the inside of the oven, not on the outside. If you get the temperature above 200°F, you will burn the surface of the pork chops, making them unattractive.
Duration
Bake pork chop for 20 min. If you wanted to bake it for longer, you would need to cook it for longer. There are a lot of variables to consider in order to determine the length of time for baking a pork chop. The first thing you need to know is the temperature and consistency of your oven. If your oven has too much heat, you need to decrease the temperature. You also need to know the exact type of chop you’re making. Are you making a roast chop or a sirloin chop? Then you need to know what type of cookware you’re using. If you are using a roasting pan, you should leave your chop in for about 10 minutes. If you are using a baking dish, you should cook it for 20 to 30 minutes. This will depend on the chop you’re making.

Chops cook differently depending on what kind of pan they’re cooked in. Slow cookers tend to cook for about 8 hours. Medium cookers will take a little longer, usually around 12 hours.

Start to remove the cold pork from the refrigerator. Cut a piece of kitchen twine and clean and dry the cutting board. Using a serrated knife, cut the thick part of pork chop. Put the cut pork on the cutting board and score the pork at 1/2 inch intervals.
