This project was created to see how long a whole turkey legs can cook before they burn. The oven I used was a kitchen oven, measuring approximately 2 feet by 2 feet by 3 feet. For this project, I baked my turkey legs on a baking sheet. I used a ceramic baking sheet, measuring about 10 inches by 16 inches. I wrapped my baking sheet in foil and baked my turkey legs for around 2 hours and 10 minutes.
