Making ice cream is a fun and tasty activity for families and friends to share. You don’t need an ice cream machine to enjoy ice cream. You can make ice cream in any kitchen from a standard machine using a can or two of condensed milk. To make the ice cream, you simply need to combine the milk, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Mixing the ingredients will create a thick and creamy consistency. When the mixture is properly mixed, pour it into a container and place it in the freezer. You may find that the mix will need to be stirred occasionally to ensure that the ice cream freezes evenly. After the mixture has frozen, you can remove it from the freezer and stir it gently to mix. When looking to cut back on fats, try to include MUFAs in your diet.
