How do you know when corned beef is done in slow cooker?
We can see this by the fork-test. When the meat reaches the desired internal temp, you will notice that the juices are thick and flavorful. You can also see the pink color developing around the center of all the pieces. If you want to take this further, try cooking the corns until they are fully cooked.
