The recipe below is in my opinion the best way to cook a tomahawk steak but it may take some practice to master the process.
•Start by placing steak on the grill, let it cook for about three minutes on each side, then flip and cook for three more minutes.
•Remove steak from grill and cover with foil
•Meanwhile, pour ketchup on the grill, drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle with salt and pepper
•Once steak is covered, it’s time to flip.
•Remove steak from grill and place a tomahawk steak on the grill, let it cook for about five minutes.
•Once steak is cooked, carefully remove tomahawk from the grill, and place on cutting board.
•Then flip tomahawk steak over to make sure it’s cooked all the way through.
•Grab some steak knives and begin carving
•Once steak is almost ready, remove steak from the grill and let it cool for about five minutes before slicing.
•When slice is completely cooled, season with salt, pepper and add ketchup.
•Enjoy!!
