Chopping a Whole Chicken

Sometimes, I just don’t have the motivation or energy to cook a good meal. This usually happens when I’m having a really bad day or just feel sick. Making some chicken noodle soup from a whole chicken is a good way to start your meal and boost your energy.

Break the Whole Chicken into Pieces

To make homemade chicken noodle soup, you can boil the whole chicken and use the bone to make the stock. Just use your hands to break the chicken apart and use the bones to make the stock. This way, you can get all the meat off the bones. When you’re making the soup, just use your hands to break the bones up and leave the meat on the bones. After boiling the chicken for about 15 to 30 minutes, take the chicken out of the pot. Pour the stock back into the pot, and simmer it. When the stock is reduced, add the noodles and cook until done. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
