Hello, friends! Can you hear the sounds of a new sound system? I know, I know—it doesn’t sound like much of a game changer, but, honestly, the speaker in this kitchen is better than anything I’ve ever heard before. If you don’t believe me, let’s take a look at it.
Cooking Instructions
Cook for 6-7 minutes with the manual timer on, covered and rotate. When cooking time is complete, turn off the pot. Turn the control to keep warm, and press the “keep warm” button on the pot. The pressure cooker will then naturally release the pressure by itself. If it takes more than 15 minutes, you will need to manually release the pressure. For manual release, turn the control to high pressure, and press and hold the pressure adjustment button for 5 seconds, and then release.
How to make the chicken?
1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add chopped onion and garlic and cook until translucent.
2. Add chicken and stir to coat.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Pour in wine and allow to reduce until about 2/3 of liquid is gone.
5. Pour chicken broth over top.
6. Cook on manual for about 10 minutes, then reduce to low.
7. Add chicken breasts and continue cooking for about 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
