Does Walmart Pay Itself?

Wal-Mart does offer a stock plan. But, is it a good plan? For one, it only offers a 10% match, not the 15-20% that many people would prefer. But it also gives a pretty generous 401K match. For the year 2015, this was 4.1%. There are also tax benefits, which are an additional bonus.

Walmarts Employee Raises?

If your current job isn’t what you want, you can always look for a new job. But if you’re unhappy with your current pay, you could always ask your employer for a raise. Many people try to get a raise after their employer gives them a salary increase. But the reality is, it can be challenging to get a raise when your employer already increased your pay.
