I started looking at the ingredients in diet drinks. I found out that diet soda was not healthy. It was packed with sugar, artificial sweeteners and artificial colors, and was just very bad for you.

In all of the interviews, there was no association between chocolate eating and menstrual length. Based on the studies, there is no association between chocolate and period spotting.
