With the current pandemic, most of us are finding ways to do our part. At Gini, we’re doing our part by supporting the local community. We’re grateful to the fast service offered by North Pizza (2595 Baltic Ave.) for making pizza and delivery a possibility for those still in isolation. The original reason to open a pizzeria was to create a spot where everyone could enjoy our food, including those who weren’t able to frequent local restaurants or grocery stores. In order to do this, we’ve invested in our own ingredients and equipment. But what we’ve really focused on is making sure that our pizzas are consistent and delicious every time. This includes using hand-mixed, hand-crumbled dough and fresh mozzarella from our neighbor in Brooklyn. With the help of our pizzaiolo and skilled cooks, we’re confident that your pizza will always be a hit. Because, no matter where you are, Gini’s will always be open.
