I am really depressed about my weight. I know it’s not my fault. It’s not my fault that I got stuck in a cycle of emotional eating. But it’s not just me. I know that there are a lot of other women that do this. I just wish that they wouldn’t eat because they are feeling unhappy. If they just ate when they feel okay, they wouldn’t be having these feelings. I can’t even be happy or sad, I just get a feeling and I eat. I’m so embarrassed that I have this problem.
