I had a lot of fun preparing for halloween. I like the decorations, candy, and decorations that is associated with halloween. But I also like eating the candy that comes with halloween. You can see how the sugar from the candy can cause an insulin spike. That spike in insulin causes a crash of energy and you end up feeling exhausted and fatigued. This can lead to overeating and weight gain. Some of the candy with this comes in the form of treats. These treats are usually high in sugar and calories. But not all halloween candy is bad for you.
