If you are making lasagna for a crowd, I recommend that you make the casserole the day before. The next day, preheat the oven to 375°F. Have your meat sauce ready. Next, prepare your noodles by draining them in a colander and lay them out on a clean, clean kitchen towel. Next, sprinkle some salt on the top of the noodles. You can also lay them out on a clean kitchen towel. Put a heavy pan, such as a skillet, on the burner and put the heat to medium. This will help with cooking the pasta faster.
