How To Test Your Urinary Acids?

Try the test below to figure out how acidic your urine is, and if it’s too high of an acid.
1. Cover the end of your finger with a drop of urine
2. Do you see a red color?
3. Does it feel like the drop is drying quickly?
If you can’t tell the difference, your urine is too alkaline (basic).
If the urine was red and you see no change in the drying time, you’re within normal range.
If the urine was very acid (alkaline) and you see a difference in drying time, your urine is too acidic.
Use a base, such as an alkali, to correct the problem. If you have a source of alkali near your house, you can use that.

Different Types Of Urinary Acids

Lactic acid, citric acid and malic acid are the primary urinary acids in people who are burning fat. In other words, you have the normal amount of these acids, but some of them are very high. You may see other acids too, like oxalic acid and tartaric acid. This is called urine pH. During the day, the first and second jobs of our bodies are to burn fat, and this metabolic activity affects the pH of urine. These urinary acids are caused by a metabolic process that occurs when your body is working to metabolize body fat. The more fat you have, the more lactic acid is produced. The kidneys convert lactic acid to other types of acids. When the acid is produced, your urine may be a little more acidic than it is normally.

What is Urinary Acids?

Urinary acids are waste products in our body. These acids are produced when the body breaks down food. They are filtered through the kidneys and stored in the bladder. In the bladder they form ammonia and hydrogen ions which combine to produce uric acid. Urinary acids are usually present in the urine in small amounts and they rarely cause problems. However, if the urine is too acidic, there can be health problems. There are different reasons why the urine might be too acidic, and these include certain conditions that are caused by the body itself, such as having high blood pressure. Furthermore, certain medications that are commonly prescribed, such as certain antibiotics, may also cause an increase in urinary acids.

Can I Burn Fat Without Getting Sweaty?

Just like the color of urine before you have a bowel movement, how you sweat can indicate whether or not you’re burning fat. When you burn fat, your body generates heat, which leads to increased perspiration. Your body can also generate heat through exercise. When you exercise, your body produces heat, but you’ll also feel exhausted, which is a sign that your body is actually using fat as a fuel source. Once you begin to burn fat, your body will generate a lot of heat without producing as much sweat as you would if you weren’t exercising.
