Recipe of cookies Christmas for children
Ingredients:
330 gr. Of flour
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
50 gr. black sugar
50 gr. of honey
50 gr. of molasses
To decorate:
colored icing
Preparation:
We started the cookies Christmas for children by sifting the flour and reserving it in a bowl. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon powder to the already sifted flour. Mix everything and reserve.
Place the egg in a large bowl and beat for one minute. Add the black sugar and beat again.
Next, we add the honey and the molasses while we do not stop beating so that they integrate well.
Pour this mixture over the flour and knead with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
We keep cold for four hours.
Roll out the cookie dough Christmas for children and, with cookie cutters with Christmas motifs, we are making shapes.
Bake for 10 minutes at 150C so that they turn golden. Finally, we decorate the Christmas cookies for Children with colored icing.
