This is a basic and easy chow mein recipe with some good veggies added in. Its the kind of recipe that can be used as a quick and easy lunch, with a couple of veggies added in. We don’t have a recipe for chow mein noodles but these can be found in many asian supermarkets.

1/4 pound of thin sliced cooked chow mein noodles
1/4 pound of sliced roast pork
1/4 pound of roast beef or turkey
2 teaspoons of chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Add one slice of American cheese on top of each slice of meat and place them in a pan. Place the pan on a hot fryer and heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve with brown or white rice.
