2 slices bread (whole grain)
2 eggs
4 pieces chicken
2 slices cucumber
1 can chickpeas
1 slice cheese
Preparation:
1. Warm oven to 400°F.
2. Mix eggs and bread in a bowl.
3. Beat cheese and chickpeas with eggs.
4. Grease pan with olive oil, and then slice bread.
5. Mix in eggs and bread, and then spread cheese mixture on bread.
6. Top with chicken, cucumber, and grapes.
7. Bake for 20 minutes.
How Do I Make it?
Ingredients: 6 chicken breasts, 1 container of grapes, ⅓cup olive oil, 1 cup of mayonnaise, ½ cup of celery, 4 tbsp of mustard, ½ tsp of paprika, 4 tbsp of shredded cheese, 1 tsp of lemon juice, a few drops of hot sauce, 2 eggs
First, I mix the mayo and mustard.
Then, I spread the olive oil onto a plate and put the chicken in the plate. Then, I toss the chicken with the mayo, mustard, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
Next, I mix the grapes, celery, and cheese into the chicken.
Then, I crack the eggs into the bowl and cook it in a pan over medium heat.
Finally, I mix everything together and put it into the bowl with the chicken salad.
