Serve Cantaloupe Soup in a Camping Shelter

The best thing to make would be a cantaloupe soup. The only thing that you will need to make this soup is a bowl and a cantaloupe. Here is a full recipe for you to follow: Ingredients: 1 large cantaloupe
4 cups of fresh cantaloupe juice
4 cups of water
3 cups of corn
1 cup of tomatoes
½ cup of parsley
½ cup of basil
½ cup of garlic
6 medium-sized onions
Directions: Remove the flesh from the melon, discard the rind and seeds, and chop the flesh.
Add the melon to a blender and blend.
Transfer the melon and juice to a large pot.
Add the water, tomatoes, corn, and the rest of the ingredients.
Cook for at least 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients: 1 ripe cantaloupe 3 handfuls of spinach or lettuce 1 apple 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup of almonds 1/2 cup of dried cranberries 1 cup of salad dressing 1/4 cup of walnuts 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 3 tablespoons of honey 1/2 teaspoon of salt 5 tablespoons of olive oil Put salad ingredients in a bowl and toss them to combine. Make the salad dressing by whisking all of the ingredients together. Pour the salad dressing on top of the salad ingredients and toss it a few times to coat it with dressing. Allow the salad to sit for about 5 minutes or so and enjoy!

Seasoning

First and foremost: Let the celery stalks stay whole. The crunchiness from the stalks is the best part and will make this dish much more interesting. It also gives you more flexibility to flavor. To cut them: Snip off the leafy tops with a kitchen shears. Cut the stalks in half lengthwise. Use your knife to trim the stalks so that they are all even. Snip off the two stalks closest to the ends. Cut them in half again. Then cut each stalk crosswise into long strips. Softer stalks will give a very delicate crunch.
