This is the only and last time that I will use the word tuna in this blog post. I made this recipe for a college-group and I am going to share this recipe with all of you. I know that you probably know the Tuna pasta recipes, but for those of you who don’t know it, here it goes: I take a can of tuna and mix it with some rice.

Chicken Fried Tuna

I love tuna and this is a tuna recipe that I love. Chicken fried tuna is an easy healthy meal that is perfect for lunch or dinner.

Leftover Rice Crepes

This is a very tasty breakfast, which will only take you 5 minutes to make. This recipe makes approximately 24 crepes. You can use any type of rice.

Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients: 1 egg 1 can of tuna 1 can of rice 1 teaspoon of cornstarch 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of canola oil 3 cups of uncooked rice 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 cup of water Directions: Put everything except water into a pot or rice cooker. Cook for a couple of minutes and then add water and bring to a boil. Cook for another couple of minutes and then remove from heat.

Caribbean Stew

This is one of my most favorite meals. With the help of the new KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer and my mother in law, I came up with this recipe. It is so much easier to prepare and includes ingredients that would be difficult to find in a Caribbean. Rice and vegetables are a great source of nutrients, and good for you. Canned tuna is packed full of protein and good fats. Canned tomatoes give the stew a nice flavor, and an overall nice dish. It is easy to make and tastes great.
