This is a healthy recipe for people who can’t resist candied cashews. Healthy and tasty, the recipe is easy to make and can be enjoyed by anyone. How To Make Candy

Ingredients: 1 cup of peanut oil

[Text]: 2 teaspoons of almond extract
[Text]: Preheat oven to 320F
[Text]: Chop up cashews
[Text]: Sprinkle cashews with salt
[Text]: Mix cashews with sugar
[Text]: Bake cashews until a light brown
[Text]: Cool cashews
[Text]: Melt coconut in microwave for two minutes

[Text]: Mix cashews with coconut
[Text]: Heat peanut oil
[Text]: Drop one cashew at a time into peanut oil

What Is a Cashew

Cashews are another one of my favorites. I absolutely love cashews. They are full of protein and have almost no fat. Cashews are in the pecan family, which also includes macadamias. Cashews have a mild flavor and are a popular snack in the US, though they are traditionally eaten in parts of India. In my recipe, I’ve combined the two favorites of mine with some healthy ingredients.

If you are allergic to certain foods, then you will want to be careful when choosing what to eat. Fortunately, there are options if you need to avoid certain ingredients.
