What Type of Watermelon Should I Eat on Keto?

This is a simple question that may not have a simple answer.
I would suggest the following types of watermelon:
Anaheim, Crenshaw, and Rio Grande.
However, not all watermelon is created equal. I have tried and tested these 3 and have had great results. These are the 3 that have been the most stable for me. They don’t make the watermelon taste as sweet, or have the best texture. I do not recommend the following:
Cantaloupe, Persian, or Sugar Baby. These are typically high in fructose, and are more likely to make you bloated.
You may find that you can have a bit of the sugar baby type with just a bit of watermelon, but it’s not recommended.
I usually don’t make a huge deal out of foods like this, but when you are on a keto diet, you need to keep your carbohydrates at a minimum.
