Hi, I have been doing the 16/8 diet plan since the start. I am a vegan and started doing it about 8 weeks ago. The only thing I’ve found that hasn’t hurt me with the fasting are coffee without sweeteners. Does anyone know how to put sweeteners in coffee? I feel like the body’s gotta be getting some carbs since my sugar levels are going up? Thanks!

Are There Health Benefits To Intermittent Fasting?

This may depend on your preference, but you’ll need to determine if it’s worth it to be intermittent fasting. It’s important to note that many people are able to do intermittent fasting and stay healthy, but that there are benefits and drawbacks to this approach. For one, intermittent fasting is much easier to maintain than a vegan diet. There is also less calorie restriction than if you were on a vegan diet. This means that you don’t have to worry about not getting enough calories to maintain your weight. This means that intermittent fasting is more suitable for those who are trying to maintain their current weight. On the other hand, it’s harder to stick to this diet because there is no solid food for three to five hours per day. However, it has been shown that intermittent fasting can increase fat-burning, help you lose weight and even lower blood sugar.
