In this video, I am going to show you how to make a avocados and avocado smoothie. This avocado and avocado smoothie is perfect for making a creamy avocado shake. Because avocados are so creamy, it will make a great creaminess in your smoothie. This smoothie can also be made with dairy-free yogurt and Greek yogurt as well. This avocado and avocado smoothie is perfect for breakfast, lunch or even a snack! For this recipe, I am using a mix of unsweetened coconut milk and vegan heavy cream. I used a couple tablespoons and made sure to shake it really well before adding it to the blender. I started off by blending everything together. And then I added in some kale. I wanted to make sure that the avocado was well blended before adding it in. Next, I added in the coconut milk and the heavy cream. I also used some ice cream scoops to help make it easier to blend.
