Ingredients: 14 slices cheese – 1 lb ground beef (1/2 lb per person) 1 small onion – 1 tbsp oil Dash salt & pepper Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter bottom and top of a 9″ pie crust. Lay cheese slices evenly in bottom crust. Then layer the ground beef. (Again, 1/2 lb per person). Sprinkle with onion and salt & pepper. Add a second pie crust on top and crimp the edges. Cut a small hole in the middle to allow steam to escape. Bake for 1 hour.
