When I’m losing weight, I have many body aches

I know what you’re thinking. “when is she gonna lose weight?”.
Not to get all religious, but if you want something bad enough, you’ll make it happen. Trust me. 🙂
When I say I know what you’re thinking, I really don’t.
I haven’t been on a scale in months and I’ve been exercising a little bit, so I don’t know what my weight is.
I’ve got some weirdest aches that I’ve never had before.
I think the biggest problem I’m having is with my feet and legs.
I guess I’m all in.
I just got off the scale at my gym last night, and I’ve lost 3 pounds.
So, this morning I went to the pharmacy and picked up some ibuprofen and an anti-inflammatory cream.
I also have some hankie cream, because I think I have a sore muscle, or something, in my neck.
I’ve only been doing weights at my gym for a few weeks, so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
I got a bad crick in my neck one time lifting weights, so that’s why I keep crunches in my regular workout routine.
So, I got the ibuprofen and anti-inflammatory cream, plus the hankie cream and took a couple of the supplements I was taking at my last visit to the dr.
I got my results back last week
