- Step 1In medium bowl, stir to combine cream cheese, Cheddar, scallion, and hot sauce until smooth. Transfer to resealable plastic bag. Halve jalapeños lengthwise and scrape out seeds with small spoon.
- Step 2Heat air fryer to 375°F. Snip off 1 corner of bag and pipe cheese mixture into jalapeño halves. Lightly coat air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and arrange poppers in single layer. Cook until tops are browned, 6 to 7 minutes.
