How to Cut Up Chicken for Baking

You can also cut it in half lengthwise. Another option is to cut the chicken into pieces of about 6 to 8 inches, using a kitchen shears to cut along the breast bone. If you really want to cut the chicken up for casserole, you can also use a knife to cut the chicken up into chunks. • 2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces

• 1/4 cup oil
• 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup cornstarch
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
• Rub chicken with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
• Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare baking sheet.
• Cook chicken breasts for 20 minutes and pears for 5 minutes.
• Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
• Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Turn off oven and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
How To Make Baked Chicken
Ingredients
* 1/2 of a whole chicken
* 2 carrots
* 1 orange
* 1/2 large potato
* 2 pears
* 2 onions
* 2 cups of water
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp thyme

* 2 chicken broth (using your preferred brand)
* 1/2 cup flour (also, using your preferred brand)
* 1/4 cup water
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1 egg
**Making the cut-up chicken
** Using your preferred knife, make at least 1 inch deep slashes, making sure you hit the bone (you can do this while the chicken is in the oven).
** Slice the chicken in half. Once you cut through the breast, place the chicken on a platter and keep the breast meat in it’s original spot. Slice the chicken pieces as you please, being sure to remove the breast meat and place it in a small casserole dish.
** Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
** Add the sliced chicken breasts to the boiling water.
** This is important, as it gives the chicken some time in the boiling water.
** This will also give you time to cut up the rest of the ingredients.
** After you boil the chicken, you will need to cook the chicken for a few hours, or until it is fully cooked.
