Here’s a quick and easy recipe for chicken cooked in a lemon and herb marinade. This is a great way to use your lemons and herbs if you don’t have time to use a full sauce. All you need is:
1. 1 organic whole chicken
2. 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
3. 1/2 cup of olive oil
4. 1/2 cup of dried herbs, such as thyme, oregano, basil and parsley
5. 1/4 cup of honey
6. salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Cut the chicken into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
3. Put the chicken in a resealable plastic bag and add the lemon juice, olive oil and herbs.
4. Put the chicken into the oven and cook for about 45 minutes or until tender.
5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
6. Mix the honey and lemon juice in a small bowl.
7. Add the honey mixture to the chicken and toss to coat.
8. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes and serve.

This chicken marinade is a combination of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. It will take less than 30 minutes to make, and the ingredients can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. You can use this marinade for chicken or any meat. Just make sure to take out the chicken and the marinade before you put it in the oven. Apricot Marinade

1 tbsp oil (olive or other)

[Text]: 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

[Text]: 4 peppercorns
[Text]: 2 bay leaves

[Text]: 1/2 cup apricot preserves
[Text]: 2 tablespoons olive oil
[Text]: mix all ingredients in blender and let it marinade for at least 4-6 hours.

How to cook a whole chicken

Here’s the recipe: Pour 3 cups of soy sauce into a large, non-reactive container. Add 1/4 cup of water, 2 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 tbsp of chopped ginger. Mix well and pour into a bag with the chicken you want to cook. Put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours. After that, remove the chicken and remove the marinade. Mix 2 tbsp of each: ground ginger, turmeric, and curry powder. Add 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice and 1 tbsp of fish sauce. Mix well. Rub the chicken all over with this mixture. Now, prepare the grill. Make sure you have enough charcoal or wood to last for at least 1 hour. Make sure the grill is hot. Let the coals burn down to red and you’ll be ready to grill. Pour the remaining 3 cups of soy sauce into a saucepan. Put it over low heat and simmer until the soy sauce starts to boil. Add 1 tbsp of molasses and 1 tbsp of honey. Mix well. Pour the mixture over the chicken. This is the marinade. Grill the chicken for 10-15 minutes per side.
