I was a kid in an Italian restaurant, eating pizza. I love to be there, and it’s always a good time with my friends. We’ve never had an 8th Birthday party, but I’d say the pizza and birthday cake would be a close second. As an adult, I’ve met many restaurants where I’ve had a better time eating than going to a concert. On that note, I may have a birthday party at a pizza restaurant, or an awesome reunion at a pizza restaurant. I just can’t wait to sit with my friends and enjoy a good meal with a good drink.

Preparation

The Recipe

The only thing you need is an oven. Also make sure you have pizza sauce and cheese on hand, because you’re gonna need them. The prep work is the most important part of this pizza. You’ll want to cut the crust into 4 pieces and toast it in the oven. At this point, you might want to use the time to prepare other ingredients. Take a few peppers and place them on the baking sheet. Take a tomato and slice it in half. Lastly, put some mozzarella on the tomato and pepper. Now it’s time to put it all together. Place the first piece of the crust on the baking sheet. Next, place a slice of tomato on the crust, followed by some pepper and cheese. Lastly, place the second piece of crust on the pizza and press down with your fingertips to form a crust. Be sure to get some sauce on the crust and sprinkle with cheese. For the last step, place the pizza in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes. You’ll want to use a pizza cutter to remove the pizza from the pan, making sure not to touch it with your hands. Enjoy!
