Once you have your energy, your body will use it to help repair and heal any tissues in your body that may have been damaged. While eating a lot of carbohydrates isn’t a good idea, you can still eat carbohydrates. You just want to make sure that they’re healthy carbohydrates, like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.

The average adult gets enough protein from their diet; however, some people need to eat more protein than the average.

Having a well-rounded diet means eating a variety of foods. We are what we eat, and many of our diseases have a link with what we eat. So, you don’t want to be low in protein and high in carbohydrates. The protein should be an important part of your diet, but there’s no need to overdo it.
