Ingredients
- 2 pores
- 2 tablespoons minced or grated garlic
- 2 cups of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 2 butter spoons
- 180 gr grated Parmesan
- 1.5 cups heavy cream or evaporated milk
- Salt, bay leaf and mushroom to taste
Preparation
In a pot over medium heat, heat two tablespoons of oil and fry 2 sliced leeks. We add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to help sweat the pore and; then, we add two tablespoons of ground garlic. Once the pore is translucent, add two cups of rice, stir so that the flavors permeate and; later, we complete with two cups of water, a tablespoon of salt, a bay leaf and a dry mushroom. Cover, let cook for 15 minutes, remove the bay leaf, grain the rice and add two tablespoons of unsalted butter, a cup of evaporated milk and; Finally, the grated Parmesan cheese. With this, our rice is ready, but if we want to make it even creamier, we can add more milk.
