This is a video about xanthan gum. Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide that is used for stabilizing emulsions and making thickeners, stabilizers, and gums. It is derived from the cells of certain types of bacteria. If you want to try a xanthan gum recipe, see this video.

Well I was not going to put a protein ice cream recipe on this channel cause I am pretty sure it will be pretty hard to find. But I have found a few recipes and I think it might be cool to share it with you. I’ll start with the protein ice cream that I like to make. Its really delicious, pretty simple, and really makes me feel like a badass for making it.
Mixtures
The xanthan gum is a natural vegetable and polysaccharide. The molecular structure of xanthan gum is composed of cellulose and xylose, which makes it a biopolymer. Xylose is a natural source of dietary fiber that reduces cholesterol and constipates, which are beneficial effects of xanthan gum. A wide variety of properties can be added to the mixture to change its character, such as xanthan gum. Some of these properties include; viscosity, fluidity, and emulsification. Viscosity is the ability of a fluid to resist shear, which is the ability to resist flow. Fluidity is the ability of a fluid to flow freely, which helps the mixture become thick and viscous. Emulsification is the formation of two immiscible liquids into an emulsion. This means that it is made up of the two liquids, which may be suspended in each other. Xanthan gum is used in foods to help the products to be more stable, which allows the consumer to see and experience more desirable textures.
How to add Sugar and Protein
Protein ice cream is extremely popular among people who exercise frequently. Many fitness fanatics are seeking alternatives to dairy milk and ice cream, which is common for people with lactose intolerance. Protein ice cream is commonly made from soy, almond milk, or pea protein. Many other types of protein sources can also be used to make protein ice cream, such as mushrooms, vegetables and hemp. Protein ice cream is a great way to get a serving of protein without the need to eat a meal. Soy, almonds, and pea protein contain all essential amino acids. Other types of protein sources, such as hemp and vegetables, contain only some essential amino acids. However, it is easy to make other types of protein ice cream that contain more than the recommended daily allowance of protein. Many of these protein ice creams use xanthan gum as a stabilizer.
Procedure
The ice cream is the protein powered. It is made by a method of ice cream but uses protein powder. So, it is not an ice cream for vegans.
Xanthan Gum
Some foods or drinks may contain xanthan gum. Xanthan gum is a natural food additive that has a number of health benefits. It can be used to thicken and stabilize foods like sauces and dressings, and is often used to create a thickener for baked goods. The potential benefits of xanthan gum include, helping with digestion, improving the texture of foods, and aiding in weight loss. Xanthan gum is also a type of mucilage, which means that it can help you to improve your digestive health. Many people enjoy eating foods that are thick, and xanthan gum can help thicken foods without adding much extra weight.
