There is a great dip to use for cucumbers. It is a basic marinade with vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and salt. There are quite a few variations that can be used with this dip.
Red Onion and Garlic Marmalade
I love dipping my veggies in things like this. Dip your veggies in this marmalade first to really add a kick to them.
Spicy Salsa
This salsa is delicious, but it has a lot of heat! You can lessen the heat by adding less of a pepper like jalapeno or serrano, or by using a milder flavor of salsa. Another option is to skip the dish altogether and just eat the cucumber!
How to Make Tzatziki Dip
Tzatziki is a traditional dip, but it is not very exciting. What you need to make tzatziki are simple ingredients, including: Greek yogurt, cucumbers, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. To make tzatziki, simply mix all of the ingredients together. The thicker the Greek yogurt, the thicker your tzatziki will be. Remember to use a wooden spoon to stir the dip while it’s cooling in the fridge. Your tzatziki will be ready in about an hour. Serve with pita chips or crudités.
Cheese, Onion and Garlic Salsa
Sometimes we feel like eating healthy but don’t want to go out and buy a huge fresh fruit salad. Here is the solution, dip cucumbers in cheese and mix with onion and garlic salsa!
Homemade Guacamole
