Put the potatoes into a bowl and add a little olive oil. Stir the potatoes until they’re coated in olive oil. Next, season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Now it’s time to get cooking! Turn the oven to the high setting and then place the potatoes in the oven to cook for an hour and half. Once the potatoes are cooked, it’s time to make the soup. Get a large saucepan and a small mixing bowl. Add a bit of olive oil to the saucepan. Add the potatoes to the saucepan, along with some water. Stir the potatoes until they’re evenly coated in olive oil. Add a few splashes of water and stir the potatoes until the water evaporates. Add salt and pepper to taste.
