This recipe is easy and quick to make, and perfect for those with little time to cook. You will need to start this recipe at least 1-1/2 hours before you want to eat it. To make this recipe, you will need: 4 boneless chicken breasts, 2 tsp lemon pepper, and 2 tsp salt. Place the chicken breasts in the freezer for 20 minutes. Spray some cooking spray on a baking pan or cookie sheet and place the chicken breasts in the baking pan. Sprinkle the lemon pepper and salt over the top of the chicken. Bake the chicken breasts at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes before you flip them. Serve the chicken breasts with some potato chips and cheese.
